  11. I am puzzled as to why my modem disconnect (not the Internet
  12. connection) when my system is cold. The disconnect problem occurs 
  13. only within the first 2-3 minutes, after that it works perfectly. The
  14. IRQ, com port settings, Procom Plus 2.1 etc are all OK . Any
  15. suggestions?
